How does the free week work?

Every TV plays free for 7 days from the first time QuadCue opens on it. No card, no account. When the week ends, the TV shows a code to subscribe.

What happens when I subscribe?

Scan the QR code on your TV, or go to quadcue.com/a and type the code it shows. Pay with Stripe, and the TV picks it up by itself within seconds. If it says Check now, press OK.

How do I add another TV?

Open QuadCue on that TV, then on this site choose Account › Add a TV and type the code from the TV. Up to 3 TVs; remove one any time to make room.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from your account at any time. QuadCue keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Are YouTube TV and the other services included?

No. QuadCue plays the services you already subscribe to, signed in with your own accounts.
