Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026
These terms govern access to the QuadCue website and any private-beta software made available to you. By using QuadCue, you agree to them.
Private beta
QuadCue is in development. Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or withdrawn. Features may be incomplete, experimental, inaccurate, or unavailable. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or create a purchase obligation.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your devices, streaming subscriptions, local network, account permissions, and compliance with third-party terms. Do not misuse QuadCue, interfere with its systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a safety-critical environment.
Third-party platforms
QuadCue works with third-party services and devices whose availability, policies, interfaces, and compatibility can change. QuadCue is not affiliated with Google, YouTube TV, Spotify, ESPN, Peacock, or device manufacturers. You remain responsible for subscriptions and rights required to view content.
Product boundaries
QuadCue does not remove advertising from a video stream. Detection, audio focus, app control, game-state data, and device actions may be delayed or incorrect. Hardware-level launch, power, and physical volume capabilities vary by device.
Intellectual property
QuadCue and its original software, design, and content are owned by QuadCue or its licensors. Third-party names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners.
No warranty
QuadCue is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect detection, accurate sports data, or compatibility with every setup.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuadCue and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, profit, goodwill, viewing access, or missed content arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them. Questions may be sent through QuadCue support.
