These terms cover the QuadCue TV app, the QuadCue iPhone app, this website and the QuadCue subscription. By using QuadCue you agree to them.

What QuadCue is

QuadCue is software that plays the streaming services you already subscribe to on your own TV, several at a time, controlled with your TV remote or, once it’s out, the QuadCue iPhone app. QuadCue doesn’t provide, host or resell any channels or content.

Your streaming services

You need your own active subscription to each service you watch (for example YouTube TV, Peacock, Prime Video or Paramount+), and you sign in with your own account. You’re responsible for following each service’s terms, including their limits on streams, devices and locations. A service may change how it works at any time, and that can stop a service from playing in QuadCue until we update it.

Independence

QuadCue is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Peacock, NBCUniversal, Amazon, Paramount, NVIDIA or any other company or service named on this site or in the apps. Their names and marks belong to them and are used only to say what QuadCue works with.

Free week and subscription

• Each TV can use QuadCue free for 7 days, counted from the first time QuadCue opens on it and checks in. The free week is per TV and doesn’t restart.
• After that, QuadCue needs a subscription: $5.99 a month or $49 a year (US dollars, plus any tax), covering up to 3 TVs in your home. You can remove a TV to make room for another.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account; QuadCue keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a while; if it can’t be collected, the subscription ends.
• We may change prices for future periods. We’ll tell you by email before a change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

Installing and updates

The TV app is installed from quadcue.com and updates itself; your TV asks your permission to install. Only install QuadCue from quadcue.com. A subscribed TV checks in about once a day and keeps working for up to 14 days without reaching QuadCue.

Fair use

Use QuadCue for personal, non-commercial viewing in your home. Don’t resell or rent it, share a subscription beyond your home, attempt to get around the free week or subscription checks, copy or redistribute content, or interfere with QuadCue’s servers. We may end access for anyone who does.

No warranty

QuadCue is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don’t promise that every service, channel or game will play, that it will work on every TV, or that it will be uninterrupted. How many games a TV plays at once depends on its hardware.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, QuadCue isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for missed games, lost data or problems with third-party services, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as QuadCue changes. We’ll post the new terms here with a new date; continuing to use QuadCue after that means you accept them. Questions? Contact support.
