Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid features may require an active subscription.
• Billing is processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Pricing, features, and plan limits may change over time.

Beta Features

Certain features may be marked beta, experimental, or early access. Those features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to QuadCue systems.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service beyond permitted use.
• Do not use QuadCue in any safety-critical environment.

Third-Party Platforms

QuadCue may rely on third-party platforms, operating systems, TVs, streaming providers, and APIs. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, access restrictions, or compatibility changes.

No Warranty

QuadCue is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect detection accuracy, or compatibility with every TV or streaming setup.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuadCue and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to QuadCue if we believe you violated these Terms or if continued operation becomes impractical, unlawful, or harmful to the service.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of QuadCue after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
