Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
This policy explains what QuadCue collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you. The public website is currently accepting private-beta waitlist requests.
Information we collect
- Email addresses submitted to the private-beta waitlist.
- Names, email addresses, setup details, and messages submitted to support.
- Product setup information, TV-class session details, preferences, diagnostics, and troubleshooting logs when you use a beta build.
- Limited website analytics, such as page views and conversion events. Waitlist analytics do not include the submitted email address.
Waitlist and Resend
QuadCue uses Resend to store private-beta waitlist email addresses and to send future release or access notifications. Submitting the form does not create a product account and does not trigger a confirmation email. You may ask to be removed at any time.
How we use information
- To operate the waitlist and contact people about QuadCue access or release availability.
- To respond to support requests.
- To operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the product and its device compatibility.
- To measure website performance without attaching analytics events to the email you submit.
Service providers
We may use service providers including Resend for waitlist and email infrastructure, Vercel for hosting and analytics, Google Analytics when configured, and other infrastructure needed to operate the private beta. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, when required by law, or as part of a business transaction. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or waitlist removal by contacting QuadCue through the support page. Browser and device settings may also limit analytics technologies.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. QuadCue is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product changes. The updated date above will reflect revisions. Privacy questions can be sent through QuadCue support.
