Setup GuideFirst setup + game day live guide

Setup QuadCue. Let’s get you in the game.

Walkthrough for how to get your first QuadCue setup started. Say goodbye to listening to Ozempic commercials and say hello to more Gus Johnson, Joe Buck, Troy Aikman, Jim Nantz, and others.

What this guide covers

  • Getting your first TV connected
  • Running the checks that matter
  • Getting into Live and assigning your games

Good to know

  • Some setup only happens once, but Live needs to be configured when you want to use QuadCue.
  • QuadCue needs to stay open while it is controlling your TV.
  • If you want more TVs or Commercial Music Mode, that comes in the upgraded plans.

One-time setup

Get everything ready

This is the part you mostly do once, unless you are adding more TVs later.

Step 01

Create your account

Create your QuadCue account once, get signed in, and you are off to the races.

Step 02

Choose your streaming service

Pick the streaming service you use for game day so QuadCue knows the environment it is working with.

Step 03

Connect your TV

Connect your TV using one of our two methods: Network Scanning or manually entering the device. The app walks you through both paths step by step.

  • Need help connecting? Check the Supported TVs page to make sure your setup is compatible.
Step 04

Run Sound Check

Use the Volume Check and Mute Check so QuadCue can confirm your TV supports the full experience properly.

  • Want a cooler setup? Upgrade to All Star or Hall of Fame for multi-TV support.
  • Adding extra TVs uses the same process: repeat TV connection and Sound Check for each one.
Step 05

Optional: turn on Commercial Music Mode

Upgrade to Pro, All Star, or Hall of Fame if you want Commercial Music Mode. When every game goes to commercial at the same time, QuadCue can mute the TV audio and play music instead from our supported providers.
